Here are some comments on your own attempt attached.

Generally ok but
a) be careful when a 3-aspect sequence converges into 4-aspect,
b) ensure you understand that MAY-FA means Approach Release from Yellow and JI; it is not the same as MAF,
c) differentiate re the release to ensure route indicator can be seen and interpreted by the driver and the more restrictive release due to a short overlap beyond the exit signal.
