I can perhaps understand you having difficulty with mod 1 (because I suspect you lack breadth of exposure) rather more than for mod 5- however if your experience is all "office based" rather than practical site experience, then that would be a weakness that might have affected.

Hi all, I could not attend to the 2015 Exam Review live last Thursday, do you know if the recording is available and how to access it? Thanks

I do not actually know but the place I would look for it is:
http://www.irse.org/knowledge/members/webcastsrecent.aspx
You will have to sign in to the IRSE site as a member before you can reach that page.
I have just checked and found the April 2015 session reviewing the 2014 exam is still there and I would guess that the intention is for the new version to replace it, but suspect that may not now be until after Easter.
In the meantime, do look at this other thread:
