Hi friends,
Please calrify one of my friend want certification on mechanical engineering in reailway domain. Is that kind of certification available in IRSE or any other cerification, if you have any idea please clarify.

No this is not the role of the IRSE.
However I would suggest investigating the IMech E

It has a strong railway section. The IMechE is a very considerably bigger organisation than the IRSE; indeed the IRSE HQ operates from a few rooms in its premises in Westminster.
