2012 Exam Q2 Fault Tree Signal Failure - hayesip - 09-09-2018
Hi,
I have attempted Q2 for the 2012 Module 5 exam and would really appreciate some feedback. This is my first attempt at producing a fault tree. I thought I'd better learn how to do them as they seem to be a popular question.

YSorry don’t know much about fault trees myself. What about doing a quick truth table to make sure you have all the right permutations. May help.
