OK; I have the attachments. The points CT looks fine on screen but still prints out badly from Word on my printer- however if "print" instead to pdfpro and then really print it then it is absolutely fine. Computers: don't you just love them!
I think Alasdair is also working on his answers; is there any one else out there intending to do them?
