You do not appear to have attached your attempt at this question; you need to go to the "Attachments" are under the window where you type your message, Browse to the file and then click the add attachment button before then hitting the Post Reply. Also make sure that the file isn't too large; if there are several scans of handwritten pages post them as separate attachments if that is the problem
