It is not something of which we have much experience in the UK, but many of the major manufacturers advertise such machines on their websites.
However you need to be aware that a point machine is not something that you can simply put on your shopping list and find the cheapest one you like the look of! You need to be very clear precisely what you need, what constraints there are, the nature of the intended application etc. My initial reaction is that if someone doesn't know suppliers they can contact then they probably should not be purchasing!

Definately agree with PJW - I'm afraid if you go to a supplier and say "I need a trailable point machine" you will almost certainly end up with something that does not do what you need it to do. Talk to your signalling engineers.
