Hi All, I've attempted the question on the study guide paper for mod1, on railway legislation.
There were no marks associated to this question on the paper, so I wasn't sure how detailed it should go.
Pleas let me know what you think.
Kind Regards

Health and safety means lots to many people. However, there are large differences between OHS and "safety" safety.
Overall, the answer is too short and lacks detail. When asked to provide detail, such as in this question, having an in depth knowledge is imperative. Reading time should allow sufficient time to help you review whether you can come up with a suitably robust answer for the question. The recommendation would be to find another question to answer in this case.

Thanks for all the replies. There seems to be a second part of the question missing, and I cannot find it anywhere. Part B was: What are the processes that a railway must fulfil to satisfy the legal requirements for safe operation.
I don't know how the points would have been distributed for this answer.
Legislation is definitely not my strong point, and this was more of an attempt to force me down the road to look into railway legislation a bit more. Like a lot of people I would probably run at the site of a legislation question in the actual exam.
Only a few days until actual exam. Hope everyone is as nervous as me.
