CT Format- IRSE Recommended

At the Exam Review in Jan 2010, John Alexander circulated a DRAFT of the Control Table blank which will (probably) be available to use in the October 2011 exam. There will also be one for points.

Firm details will no doubt be made available formally in due course, but the attachment is the version that was distributed at the event and thus the best information currently available.
