Changes in Module 3 for 2011

Note that the IRSE are proposing a couple of significant changes in this module, probably for this year's examination.

Still no formal announcement as far as I know; I do suggest that those registering to sit the examination (NB CLOSING DATE IS PRETTY SOON NOW!) explicitly ask about:

Module 1:
Will it definitely be a 90 min exam with 3 questions to be answered?

Module 3:
Will a blank CT for Points and Signal be provided?
What are the rules if you want to use one of your own design?
Will the CTs only count as 1 question out of 3 to be answered?
