I would certainly advocate leaving Module 1 to the last. Once you've passed three others then you'll have far more 'general knowledge', and you'll be more fit for module 1.
However it's still a tricky exam. Milo's point about stating the number of 'reasons' seems fair.

I thought it would be kind of the examiners to give a general idea of what they were looking for e.g. for question 6 put 'Find at least 5 reasons why the signal may be prone to SPADs' instead of us concentrating on 3 reasons and failing. I would have suggested this but had to leave early.
