Indeed- it is not unusual for there to be such errors on plans; I feel there is not the same degree of independent checking as for a real signalling job. However imany a true word said in jest; it might even be deliberate; a test whether someone has sufficient confident to assert by making an assumption or alternatively is easily thrown by something unexpected.......

You're quite right, by definition all routes from 352 must be shunt class.
It's a "copy & paste, find & replace" error, owing to the general similarity between the choice of routes from 346, 348 and 352.
