There are no deliberate errors on the layout. An occassional error does make it through the checking, the checking that is done does focus on the details that are needed for the control tables asked for in the question.
In the case of the one identified here, this error shouldn't affect a candidate completing the control tables asked for. This error was spotted whilst marking the paper (as was the fact 214B(S) is not possible) and we discussed whether any candidates would have been disadvantaged.
If candidates do spot something they think is wrong when sitting the exams, my advice would be to state this on your answer.
