Apologies for the problem with attachments however, we have done a bit of digging and it looks as though it is limited to files that are word file format.
While it is not ideal, I suggest that until we find out what it happening with them and who the word thief is, that you convert anything in word to pdf or other widely readable format.
I hope that normal service will resume at some point.
