The IRSE typically arrange a full day seminar, generally followed by a day of technical visits, about the same time of year- a Thursday in mid November is the usual date. Not aware what plkans there are yet for 2013 but it is most unlikely to be in Manchester again as it moves around- it is now some years since it has been held in London but even longer since it has been in the Midlands, so perhaps Birmingham or Derby are options.
