Hi everyone,

I am trying to practice a fault tree question and I realise that I am quite weak of understanding railway application due to limitation of knowledge.

I would be very happy if anyone can point out what I need to do more research for this subject and what I can improve.

I take the exam to be vocational. So, the research would be to get into the fault/maintenance teams for a while.
