Started off thinking about going down the line of either a next generation remote control TCOD or a module in the SSI which can be activated in a loc or with a wireless handheld device. The question was specifically asking for an automatic staff warning system so that was the reason for my choice. I also assumed the work does not affect the line so no possession needed.
